We run our popular group programs every school holidays and during the school term. These include school readiness programs, music and movement groups, Motor Skills groups, fussy eating groups and social skills groups.

Groovy Dots

A combined music and movement approach allows your child to have fun while supporting them to develop confidence as they learn new skills. Join us for a fun time incorporating music & movement. Groovy Dots is a wonderful way to nurture your child’s development in a supportive, flexible and playful environment.

Girl Talk

Weighted Wonders

Happy Dots is excited to announce our first ever interactive group to come along with your favourite soft toy and transform it into your very own weighted wonder!

What to bring: Your own stuffed toy (height no more than 12 inches) that will be destuffed and filled with poly pellets and a special gem heart (final weight variance may be up to 1kg depending on measurements). Birth certificate along with your very own details will be created as well!

Zones Of Regulation

This group teaches children and their parents about their arousal states, emotional regulation, expected and unexpected behaviours, the size of the problem and self-regulation strategies.

  • Understanding their different arousal states and the triggers for these arousal states
  • Identifying expected and unexpected behaviours across different environments/situations
  • Identify appropriate calming and regulation strategies to engage in across the day or when their body moves away from the optimal state of arousal
