Team culture and satisfaction is a high priority at Happy Dots. Our quarterly meetings help keep you on track.
Therapists meet their senior supervisor either weekly for feedback and education sessions to assist.
Each fortnight our therapists all meet together to discuss a particular case that everyone can learn from so we all grow together.
Every month our therapists will meet for a hour long “bite size” professional development session on a particular topic.
Every year we host a team culture day to align everyone with our values, set goals moving forward and have a heap of fun.
Career Progression / Pathways- At Happy Dots your first year is an opportunity to settle, learn and grow into your new position. Moving into future years, you will have the opportunity to transition into our pathways program whether it be clinical specialisation, become a part of our leadership team, take on supervisory duties, and/or contribute to research. The sky is the limit with Happy Dots!
Every quarter we invite an outside professional to present to our team on a range of different topics. These speakers and topics are scheduled at the beginning of the year and include topics such as Trauma & Attachment, Sensory Processing Disorder, Parenting a child with special needs, and more.
As a part of your employment at Happy Dots you are considered a valued member of our Happiness & Wellness Program, which includes an array of support services such as training and external help via accredited mental health professionals. We understand sometimes life gets hard and are here to support you 100% of the way.

In addition to the support available within Happy Dots, each team member has an allocated professional development allowance to attend offsite training courses that are aligned with your clinical goals.
