About the Role

As a new graduate at Happy Dots, you’ll be welcomed into a structured & individualised program, delivering fun, engaging and functional speech pathology services to children with a range of developmental needs.

You will work alongside an experienced, multidisciplinary team while gradually building your caseload and deepening your clinical skills.

• Structured Graduate Program with weekly supervision and clinical foundation sessions. You’ll shadow experienced therapists, access our learning resources, and receive ongoing in-house training. About You (Requirements)

We’re looking for an early-career Speech Pathologist who is enthusiastic, compassionate, and motivated about to learn. To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Completion of a Speech Pathology degree by the end of 2025, making you eligible for professional practice in 2026. A genuine passion for working with children and making a positive impact in their lives.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with children and their families.
• Patience, understanding, and adaptability to meet each child’s unique needs.
• Working With Children Check, First Aid certification, Speech Pathology Australia Membership and a NDIS Worker Screening Check.
