As part of our commitment to charitable initiatives, we proudly collaborate with Ronald McDonald House, an esteemed organisation dedicated to providing a home away from home for families with seriously ill children. We deeply admire their unwavering dedication to creating a supportive and nurturing environment, ensuring that families can focus on their child’s well-being during challenging times. Through our partnership, we aim to contribute to the well-being and comfort of these families, providing them with the support they need during their child’s medical journey.
We are inspired by individuals like Peter Baines, whose tireless efforts and remarkable passion have made a significant impact on the lives of children. Peter’s philanthropic work and unwavering commitment to making a difference resonate deeply with our values. We are honored to be associated with his influential endeavours, as he continues to inspire us to reach new heights in our mission to support children in need.
At Happy Occupational Therapy for Children, we believe in the power of collaboration and teamwork. Our dedicated team of professionals, including occupational therapists, educators, and healthcare providers, work together seamlessly to provide comprehensive care for each child we serve. Together, we strive to create a nurturing environment that fosters growth and development, helping children overcome challenges and reach their full potential.
Our ultimate goal is to make a positive and lasting impact on the lives of children. Through our specialised occupational therapy services, we empower children to enhance their sensory processing, develop better handwriting skills, regulate their emotions, and prepare for a successful school experience. We witness firsthand the transformative effects our interventions have on children’s lives, enabling them to thrive in their daily activities and achieve their goals. It brings us immense joy and fulfilment to witness the progress and happiness that our interventions bring to the children we serve.
In August 2023, as a part of our Quarterly Team Day we all come together for a “Race for Hope” in support of Jenny’s Place. We donated over $300 worth of essential supplies for women experiencing Domestic Violence and / or homelessness. What a wonderful feeling to know we are “giving back” to our community!
